Once a week sounds about right.  My advice would be to put " ORDER #XXXXXX ADJUSTMENT REQUEST" or something as your subject. 

And yeah, the excitement is palpable, isn't it?   

To put the order into the subject just makes so much sense and I read a some times now but didn't come that idea myself so I'm gonna change that for the next round.

week 13

so i finally got news. First it was Erin now Laura. I ordered a phantom initiative LE staff and now shes saying she can change it to a dark apprentice le staff.. no option of keeping it the other one. I really wanted mine. Ive been drawing my star wars oc with it already and i loved it...
but it sounds like i have no option?? I'm I'm scared to ask if i can keep it the other one in fear it'll take aNOTHER week for a response telling me "no" lol...

I'm annoyed.. but at least my other lightsaber from ANOTHER PLACE COUGH came in and is keeping me distracted. i love it. but i wanted this one.

i dunno if i should cancel or not.. I'm just bummed. took THIS long for some sorta response/update

And this is what is worrying me/pissing me off. I am 2 and half weeks behind you on the standard dark version of this staff hilt.

At this point, I will accept losing 20% of both of my purchases. This lack of communication is totally unacceptable and I am about done. I think it is time to dispute with Paypal.

Good luck. I am about to cancel both my orders. I know I was going to give them 3 months each but I am tired of waiting. Frustrated as all hell with UltraSabers.

I was so excited last week when I got an email response a day after emailing them about my order (placed May 5th, not a word since). He asked that I give him 1-2 business days to look into it...here we are 4 business days later, nothing. I shot an email yesterday asking for any info, still nothing. I was thinking of snagging a couple other sabers, but now I think I may just take my business elsewhere (I'm not cancelling, I really like the saber I ordered and I'm looking forward to having it in my hands) going forward.

If they want any hope of getting caught up and reversing this landslide of bad vibes, the next promo with be NOTHING for at least a month or 2.
But most likely 1 of 2 things are going to happen:
A) They'll just extend the Summer Soundwave sale or
B) They'll follow up with an immediate new promo, likely that Summer Raffle

Probably another promo.  I agree, they shouldn't.   They should focus on getting caught up.  It would restore a little bit of the good will, for one thing.
