(im)Patiently waiting for my new _______!!!

Well... I caved on my order cart and placed another order. I was hoping to wait for the points I'd get for my video review, but with all other delays, who knows when that could be. Plus I can just combine those with the points from this order in a future order. The cycle continues....  

So in addition to the Princess pre order from about a month ago, I have added as of today:

Sentinel v5, Obsidian Lite, Sun Rider's Destiny, Silver FoC
Dark Initiate v4, Stunt Saber, Bane's Heart, Windowed Emitter

I was torn between the Sentinel v5 and Aeon v4, and liked both nearly equally. One of the things that sold me (besides the extra little near machining details of the Sentinel) is that the base price of the Sentinel vs the Aeon is only $5 more, but includes the windowed emitter and silver metal switch automatically. To add those to an Aeon, it's an additional $20 (5+15), making it a total base price $15 above the Sentinel. So the decision maker between them was value!

I got a reply from US and the Lost Grey and Fulcrum are current 3-6 weeks out while new hilts are machined.  They offered to swap for alternatives but I ordered what I want.  If I wanted something else I would have ordered that.  I'm fine with this wait.  It's just good to have a time frame.  Hope this helps others with these hilts in their orders.

Find things to do to keep yourself busy, that time will fly by faster than you think. 

Yeah I got my other sabers to occupy myself with if I didn't it would be extremely difficult to be patient lol

I haven't emailed them yet, but I have a gut feeling I'm looking at a delay with the Dominix LE v5 I ordered for my brother...it'll have been 5 weeks as of this coming Tuesday; I'm trying to discipline myself and hold off until week 6 to email.  No idea what I'd do as an alternative.

It's not frustration, it's the excitement of doing another unboxing video.  The last one I did was fun, LOL.

Well my order that was supposed to ship in a day or two is going on day 4. I really hope they ship soon. 12 weeks is a long time to wait and being stupidly excited its been nearly driving me insane.

I'm sure it's ready to ship, it probably just hasn't been picked up, yet; I got the alert on a Friday and the Golden Ticket the next day, but FedEx didn't pick it up from their building until Monday.  And even then, it didn't go fully into transit until Tuesday.  Hang in there....

Actually, it paid off; got the heads up from Aria that, yep, the Dominix is indeed delayed.  She told me they're getting shipments of hilts and parts every Wednesday and told me to contact her then, she should have a better idea of a time frame.  So, we'll wait and see.

Hopefully you get the Ticket on that Mantis pretty soon, but I think you're in for a wait on the Consular.   And the Princess hasn't even been released, yet; the wait time on that should be very interesting....
