The wanderers curse...

This is just a character story i came up with while saber spinning.
I want to make a video out of it.

here's the basic plot I have so far.

a relatively brief time ago, on a planet all too familiar.

millennia after the old republic and the new jedi order seemingly fell to the reborn sith empire.
both sides battle in secret. to this day, there is one man both sides fear. a young man, self taught in the ways of the samurai of old. he believed in the honor of battle above all else. His name was Gojin.

although force sensitive, he had no training in that ancient art. he believed its power a great dishonor, and a taboo. he had seen the full extent of the dark sides power the night his parents were killed by a man known only as Darth Zillia.

on that day he decided that he would learn the skills needed to avenge his parents.

the skills of the saber.

he practiced three hours a day, every day for months.

if he were to respect his parents memory, he would do it without the force.

so he traveled the land, searching for the man who killed them.

to prove that even without the power of the jedi, his skills alone would overcome the advantage of the dark powers.

he challenged many worthy foes along the way, honing his skills with every victory.

showing dignity in defeat.

when he finally found his true foe, he fought the hardest he ever had.

he dodged force pushes, blocked force lightning with his saber, and gained the upper hand. disarmed, darth zillia lay helpless on the ground. there was no honor to be found in killing him this day.

but the sith grew angry, seemingly emboldened by his defeat. he used the force to retrieve his saber, and quickly pummeled the wanderer.

beaten to near death gojin begged darth zillia to finish the job, to kill him, so he could see his parents one last time.

but the sith just laughed, as he slowly, and painfully crushed gojins hand using his foot.

then walked away.

gojin was told he would never use a saber again, by the medics.

but as they left, his hand regained strength, as if the force took pity on his crushed soul

he grew insane, he grew afraid, and his eyes turned red.

he thought dark thoughts, he wished he could stop everything from happening.

Just like that, he was there... at the scene of his parents murder, both of them standing there, alive.

he drew his saber, but it was red... not blue as he had built it . his parents looked up at him, and told him they were proud of the man he had become because of their death. to change anything would be to undo his very existance. they told him it would be ok, and begged him to kill them.

he granted their wish, and it was then he realized... the man he fought that day, the man who had killed
his parents was him.

he had been chasing himself all these years.

he wanted to kill his other self, grant his own wish.

but he knew, that to change time... he would undo both selves. so he kept this time loop going, on the selfish desire to keep living.
