Got a heads-up earlier today that the sabers I ordered - all three of them - are on backorder for the next 4-8 weeks. They did offer me substitutes, but after thinking about it a little bit...I want what I ordered. Since I've been perfectly fine with playing the waiting game all this time, no reason why I can't wait some more; the end results have been worth it.
Doesn't change the fact that waiting sucks, LOL.
Points in 24 h for the patience =) You're right. It's often worth it to wait. I had no such news about my orders, so I'm quite hopeful they'll come fast. |

I'm with you there, me and my friends are all anxious about the mystery boxes we got. I suppose there was probably a huge volume of orders around the raffle. Next raffle I'm considering getting another Aeon v2 so I can make a saberstaff!

It's such a great feeling for sure. I remember shouting "YES!" and I think probably jumping in the air... it was a shameless celebratory moment, like winning a nice bit of money on a lottery ticket or something. It's a great moment for sure, especially for those who are waiting on their very 1st lightsaber! Good luck containing your excitement while you wait. I wonder if you'll all open them together like Christmas presents? Or how you'll decide whos is whos when still boxed... rock paper scissors? |

Just got an email from Ultrasabers; they've confirmed my Grand Prize selection, and both it and my Emperor's Hand are being crafted now, they should be ready to ship out this coming Tuesday.

Congrats to all y'all! My Mystery boxes are expected to arrive by tomorrow but considering that's Valentine's Day in the USA, I'm not sure if FedEx delivers on Sundays regardless...
...anyways, the hype is killing me and my friends! We decided either to let the youngest of the group go first, or roll a D4 to decide who goes first, but we're not sure yet.

According to FedEx, the pickup will be tomorrow (Monday) and delivery is set for Thursday. My DIY makeshift costume is to be delivered Wednesday.
