At 12:43 am, I got my shipping notification for my Phantom Initiate V4.
I am kinda numb right now but I hope it gets here sooner than Saturday as estimated. I am curious to see if this real or fantasy.

Week 17 ....
after a while of waiting and taking a break from this forum... i FINALLY got shipping number (not date yet) for my Phantom Initative V4.
this... this has been long and hard. and i hope the wait was worth it. but i do know this for sure...
i wont be coming back to ultrasabers because of this experience.. only after a while i suppose and maybe if one day they fix their act but for now i rather pay the other guys who do CHARGE more, but have better customer service.
this is just my news. its good and bad. its been so so sO LONG and i hope no one else has to wait as long as i did.
i wish you guys luck. hope you enjoy your products. stay well. i might come back if i get it and i really like it (or if i don't..)
anyway.

Well, figured i could re-order another Consular later so I changed my order to an Archon 3.1, keeping the Dark Princess of course. Now I just have to patiently wait for it to come in and look through my stuff for my spare graflex clamp.

Seriously, you ordered in April when EVERYONE was bored and stuck and home with nothing better to do than buy $#!% online, on top of ordering during the worst year in my living memory for being allowed to ANYTHING, the economy is crippled and the work-force is diminished, and you wanna blame US for slow deliveries? #$%&, dude. After reading Pilotnjb's post about getting his golden ticket on a phantom initiate V4, I checked with Jake, and lo and behold, my son's brace of Dark Initiate LE V4s shipped today! He's been a CHAMP waiting. He ordered 11 weeks ago, and he's 12. Can't WAIT to spar with him!

Thanks for sharing - I really enjoyed watching those And congratulations for all of you who received their golden tickets by now! I'm curious to see what you will have gotten in the end  Unfortunately I didn't receive any answer from US until now and to be honest I'm a bit tired of asking and I really don't feel good about bothering them every week because I know that they have more than enough to do. Otherwise this will result in getting a wrong saber but maybe I just have to look at this as a lesson for the next order ... |

laid out the issues with my order, said that I have received no response to my emails over the weeks, called that behavior grotesque, and said they won't get any more purchases or recommendations from me until its resolved and I will send an email every week for a decade and more if that's what it takes for them to fix their mistake.
