My Ultrasaber won't turn on

I bought a dark apprentice LE stunt saber with an AV switch and the Li-On setup recently. All of a sudden it shut off and I assumed it was because of the batteries dying, so I recharged them and put them back in and the lightsaber won't turn on. What could this issue be??

I suggest gingerly pulling out the internals to see if you can see what's what.  Take pics, and perhaps send an email to [email protected].  Include your order number (found on your account on the website), and explain what's happening in detail.

It might indeed be something silly and small, but in case it's an actual issue, follow protocol m'man.
