Tomorrow (Tuesday) is my 14th business day. So hoping my 4 mystery boxes ship soon.
Interesting note. I emailed the great and wonderful Marlena at US customer service on Friday and she just emailed me back tonight (Monday) mentioning at one point they printed out and weighed just the mystery box saber orders and it weighed over 6 pounds. And they keep coming...
US is really backed up ladies and gents, patience is very important and May the Force be with us all.
I just recieved my shipping notification on Day 14 (business). I also emailed Marlena. Ordered on 12/31. 4 $75 MB on their way. |

I have 3 aeon v3s that I ordered on the 28th of December that I am still waiting for. I also ordered 4 mystery boxes on January 6th. All still processing. I am getting manic. Also usps is kind of garbage. I teach during the day and am not home to sign for packages. I had to wait for almost an extra week to get my first orders because I had to go to the post office to sign for them. Does fed ex make you sign too?

Yes Fedex does but they also allow you to sign electronically on their site. Not sure if USPS does that as well, I've yet to see an option. |

it's been at least 17 business days for me and still haven't heard anything. Emailed them last week or so and they said it was taking longer because of the influx of orders
UPDATE: I got the email today that it shipped, expected delivery is Thursday. I can not wait! |

I ordered on 12/30/17. Just a v4 initiate phantom staff and a MB. Have emailed 3 times and not 1 response to my emails or shipping notification.
Getting a little frustrated.

Well, I guess I feel a little better about my order from the 12 of January, that is still in "Processing" status. Just a mystery box and some parts, basically extras to help supply my new saber dueling group.

I made my first order with US on Jan. 11 so I know I'm still in for a bit of a wait (14 business days puts me at Feb.1). Just a couple of Mystery boxes to start off with, but I can see this becoming quite the obsession. I totally understand the nervous anticipation others have expressed of receiving your order, this is going to be quite the test in patience. Why, oh why didn't I know about this great company sooner!
