I thought that they lost the emails in April not may.

Maybe it was April; something I read somewhere mentioned May, but that might have been inaccurate.

Hi All!
I'm a first time buyer of Ultrasaber, and I ordered one on May 2nd this year, and it says my saber is still processing. Since this is my first time buying, I'm not sure how long it will be to process and then ship. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Depending on what you ordered, a wild guess would be 2-12 weeks.


I thought that they lost the emails in April not May.
That is incorrect. According to the emails sent out by US regarding the issue, they lost all emails prior to 5/25/2020.

Hello and welcome...first thing I'll point out is that this board isn't associated with Ultrasabers customer service or anything else to do with the company.  Its a community forum that they've set up for us fans and owners of their products.   While there are a lot of people here who can give advice on the products themselves (technical know-how, customization options and so on), we can't help you with the order status, other than to sympathize and empathize with your plight.

You can reach the company at [email protected], but honestly?  They're bombarded with emails right now and you might not get a reply in a timely fashion; theyre dealing with a lot of stuff beyond their control.

Best advice I can give you is to hang in there and be patient.  They ARE getting orders shipped.  Your day will come!  👍

So I've been watching a lot of Ultrasaber videos on YouTube as I wait for my order because, well, as torturous as it is, it's fun, and i found this video that I need to share with you guys...

He talks about the customers who are giving the company bad reviews with the Better Business Bureau and who threaten to sue them and who bombard them with emails and basically calls them out for it.  He also gives his ideas on why some people get their orders before others and how it doesn't matter WHEN you ordered, the orders are not processed sequentially.

Basically, he calls for everyone to chill.  I mean, he really hits the nail on the head.

If the guy who authored and posted this video, Jedi Master Vega, is among us here, STAND AND BE RECOGNIZED, SIR!  👏👏👏👏👏

Yea the crimson empress is out of stock supposedly. My fiance is set on that Saber and dosent want a different hilt. I just wonder if they can send my other two sabers so that I have them without having to wait another 10 weeks. - _- I keep hoping to get them this weekend to use them on a trip that I leave for on Friday. We shall see.... If not I bought a cheap beater online I'll use. The goal will be to see if I can break that one xD.

I really like the baton Saber on here. I believe all law enforcement should have a baton Saber from Ultrasabers lol. It would make all encounters more interesting.

I'm 2 days away from waiting 8 weeks for a Spectre. I read that other people who ordered Spectres were also waiting a long time, is there just a part shortage or something for this model? Should I contact Ultrasabers? The only reason I didn't is because it once took them 2 weeks to send me a password reset email, and after 4 weeks of waiting I thought I would've received the saber by the time they responded anyway (it seems I was wrong). This situation kinda sucks, I wouldn't be too miffed about it since I already have a saber, but this one isn't even for me, I bought it as a gift for someone else.

I'm still waiting for my order(728831) from February. Can anyone beat that?? I've emailed their info/shipping addresses but the only responses have been the form emails they copy and paste.  These emails haven't contained any useful information about my order so I'm convinced their emails are automatically sent. I have responded asking if there is anything I can do to expedite the process(change hilt, color, upgrade shipping, anything!) No response... Has anyone been through something similar?  I NEED these before my wedding in August.

Thank you all for letting me vent!  Embarrassed
