Yeah... I know I'm bitching whithout a real reason to complain (except pleasure =D) since it's only been 5 weeks for me...
Hang in there. You know you'll get your order. It's not your first dance with US. But I totally understand where you're at right now.
Honestly, I do not know if I will get my order. I am growing increasingly concerned that Texas (US HQ) is going to shut down again due to rapid increases in Covid-19 cases. I realize my impatience may be a little unfair to Ultrasabers but as someone who works at a grocery store, these sabers were my treat, my reward to myself for dealing with all the craziness this pandemic as caused me, long hours, stress to the max, etc. And now I feel very disappointed and let down, like I deserve no reward. |

I second this. You're definitely going to get your order, that much is 100% guaranteed. They're just having to deal with a lot of outside factors that are way beyond their control. I know you might not want to hear it, but you just need to keep being patient, man. It's hard as hell, I know, but it's the only way. You'll get your reward, and you've surely earned it. |

At this point I would just like some form of an update, it is going onto week 11 of my order and I have received only an email stating it’d take 1-2 days to look into my order, which was 4 days ago; if there’s something up with the hilt then why don’t they update the site so it says that that basic dominicide hilt is out of order? I’m gonna be moving sometime in August and would love to have it before then.

I’m in your boat waiting for the black Dominicide. Today marks week 9 exactly for me. I know there’s a few other people waiting for their Dominicide too. According to the customer service rep I spoke to about two weeks back, Ultrasabers receives weekly shipments from the machine shop, so hopefully a fresh batch of Dominicides will come in soon. It really frustrates me that the hilt is still listed as in stock on the website too. |

I personally think they only ever put something out of stock if they are not going to make it anymore. I bet they believe "In Stock" means we can get it and make it in the standard 4 weeks

I don't tbink they would have let you drive up to get it anyways. They're probably not open to the public. Trust me, I can relate; a few months ago, I had to wait 2 weeks for UPS to deliver a package to me because it was held up at their distribution center in my state; this was back when everyone was forced to stay home and was shopping online, UPS was overwhelmed. So my package was stuck for 2 weeks at a place that is a 25 minute drive from my house. You can't make this stuff up. |

Hi! this is the first lightsaber that I order, it is a yellow sentinel stunt Initiate LE V5. I placed my order on June 8th, I know that most of you have waited for almost 10 weeks or more but I'm very impatient to get my lightsaber. I send and e-mail as politely as possible asking for any notice of my order, but nothing, I think I send it 3 or 4 days ago. I don't mind to wait other 4 weeks but I just want to know it. :c I wanted my own lightsaber since the first time a saw a SW movie, and I have save all I can so I can afford to buy one, I'm a Med Student and work as a Nurse on the weekends so... being able to finally buy one lightsaber means a looooooot of sacrifices to me. I'm from MTY, MEX btw. (srry for bad english) |
