Just got an email from Katelyn (Ultrasabers Customer Service), and she replied that
"It looks like the Dominicide that you ordered is currently out of stock due to this supply bottle neck. We have been told by our machine shop that we should expect to have the Dominicide back in stock within 2-3 weeks."
So just a heads up for anyone ordering one of these.

So I got one of those emails asking about delivery confirmation, which raised my suspicions since I never received a getting delivered email.
The date was from my first order that was delivered in August. Oh well. waiting to continue.

Received an email from Laura at customer service yesterday stating that my Spectres had been fabricated, but asked if I wanted to upgrade the pommels at no extra charge, as the ones I ordered were on delay. Naturally I said, "Sure!!", but didn't receive a response back. Hoping she didn't get my hopes up for no reason T_T

Give it a day or two and then if no response just forward your last email saying your checking it came through to her. My last conversation for changes I got 1-2 replies a day in the chain and next reply would usually come the next working day so don't worry |

Actually JUST received another email from Laura! She said once I remitted payment and sent the Requisitions order # for my Frankensaber upgrades (which I just did), my order should ship within 1-2 days. BEYOND excited!! |
