Filtered colors will always be dimmer, but they're still very bright.

The color filters are okay. Most of the brightest is the Consular Green, Both the violets, Bane's Heart, the Mace Windu color, and Sentinal Yellow. The filter for Guardian Blue kinda sucks though.
