Not exactly sure where to post this. Official email support was zero help as I don't have another 71 dollars to spend to send it in to repair it, which is what they want me to do. I just received my saber yesterday and was scrolling through profiles when suddenly it stopped. I keep double pressing and it makes the profile sound but when I twist the saber, nothing happens. My saber died right after so I thought maybe it just needed to charge. Charged it overnight but this morning same issue. Anyone else have and insight that may help?
