RADCON 5C / Science Fiction - Fantasy Convention Feb 18-20 in Pasco, Washington! This is the fifth time I'll be going there, wondering if there was anyone else who would be attending? Not sure how you mean that, any pee will freeze in freezing weather, just how long it takes... I don't know if temperatures in Washington get cold enough to pee and freeze before it hits the ground?
