Hi guys! So my friend ordered a graflex ce with Obsidian lite on Dec 18th and he hasn't received any information about his order nor a response from US what should he do?

It won't of been forgotten or missed. The Graflex is in serious demand, and they have a backlog for it at the moment.

They have said they'll be fabricating them in order of purchases, however to be safe i'd recommended giving US an email direct. [email protected]

They are seriously busy, so it may take a few days to get an email response, but they WILL, have faith. Customer service is a priority for them Smiley

Hope your friend hears back/gets a shipping notification soon!

Prowl recently posted a list of all hilts that are currently out of stock. It's ridiculous. I've never seen US out of so much at the same time. They are even out of AAA batts.

Considering that the Graflex model is pertinent now in all 3 trilogies, it stands to reason that its popularity is at an all time high. You like many others have a taste for the iconic, and this may be one of the hardest to fill all orders for. Shoot, even I wanted one after I saw the movie, but knew I had a snowflakes chance in Hell of getting it before late spring at the earliest. (rough estimate)

US will get you your saber. Of that I have no doubt. They just need more time than usual.

I placed my Graflex SE  order Dec 19/2015 and haven't heard anything either.

I did see some people receive their Graflex SE before me even though their order date was after mine...

So, your friend has company.

Did you get the obsidian lite board?  I thought they were waiting for a restock on those.  Not 100% sure, but I thought they were.

You're right.  It's a moving target...

But they do say they allocate the parts upon 'ready to ship' status.
