Don't forget that with your initial purchase of the game, you get a free month of playtime.
Yes, you need to setup a subscription prior to being able to play, but you will not be charged until your first free month is over.
There are other payment methods in addition to the credit card. Will post a link to their subscription, pricing, and payment method information as soon as the site comes back up for maintenance.

Yeah, you can do game cards as well, which lets you play without having to give a credit card number.

If you use the disks to load the game, it will save you a LOT of download time, and bandwidth. However, once loaded, it will still have to download and apply all patches that have come out since the disks were published. That could take some time too, but not as long as doing both.

you can't even beat the story being just 15. It honestly isn't worth the freeness if you only can play up to level 15.
