I could manage with just a video from youtube with all the movie sounds but I haven't found anything yet

The blu-ray has been out for some time and "other" fontmakers with the necessary expertise jumped on sampling the sounds from the movie at the 1st opportunity. If he can get away with blatantly ripping-off Disney IP for profit, I'm sure some generous soul with the time and knowledge could get away with doing it for free. So I don't think anyone who wants to make an Obsidian font has that much to worry about.
