I know the man who owns the world's only Red DeLorean. Dang smooth ride. Unfortunately the paint isn't holding up well, which is really sad cause it is a great color on that car and they only made the one that way. XP
Oooh! Oooh! I came up with something! While I've been waiting for my new battery pack / speaker to arrive, I went and took my GF on a date. I know, kinda boring (XD), buuuuut..... while we were out we stopped at this store, and at this store there was anime, and while she was checking the DVDs, I looked at the figures and.... I FOUND SPACE BATTLESHIP YAMATO! ! ! !

It came out in the 70s. I found it on Youtube like a year ago and was like 'what's this? Speedracer in space?' .... 'hmm, decent animation for the time....' and then I was like totally addicted by the third episode. lol The reason the ship looks familiar is because in the show, they built the Space Battleship inside the wreck of the Japanese Yamato from WWII. Anyways, it's an awesome show, you guys should youtube it and watch it. Wanna know why? All I have to say is Wave-Motion Gun. BTW, the models I got were the Black Tiger fighter, and the Yamato herself. By some INSANE stroke of luck, the little 6" Yamato is actually about scale to my little die cast Enterprise A.  |

I watched that show religiously as a kid. The only difference was, it was called "Star Blazers" when I saw it.

i have no idea how to keep this thing on topic, except say, what people do after they hit that button and their order is processing.
so far we've come up with
1. Star wars marathon
2. Inventing/Crafting Saber related items
3. Jedi Training?
Then again this is the off topic forum, so tangents can get pretty wild. Saves from opening a gajillion topics/threads.
Anyone have a DeLorean? With a Flux Capacitor? would love to jump to tomorrow.
I got a spare Mr. Fusion laying around if that helps. |

Really? I liked Nova better myself. My favs are Wildstar and Avatar though, oh, and Conroy. Can't forget the fighter pilot!  Incidentally, the other model I got was a Black Tiger Cosmo Fighter, if I didn't mention that. Further efforts to pass the time waiting for my speaker/battery pack have now also included reading an article about the random tie pilot responsible for the Empire's defeat at Yavin. lol |
