You don't happen to know where I can re-download just the Silent Font that came with the saber originally, do you? I redid all of my sound fonts and memory banks, and couldn't figure out how to back the original silent font on my computer from the saber. I downloaded a silent font I found listed on the forum, but it turned out not to work right.
Where can I redownload the original one that does work right?

See, that TV static sound was what I wasn't a fan of. It seemed to defeat the purpose. Is there a source for a silent font that does not make that sound at all? |

So...any update on this? I was so excited to get my first saber and play around with the sound fonts that I totally forgot to see if anyone had an actual silent sound font before I formatted my sound card.

I couldn't find anything, so I did make a silent sound font with no hum with an Elmer Fudd boot. "Shh..Be very, very quiet." lol.  |

Keep one of the soundbanks empty, and I believe it will give you the "beep" for that silent font... otherwise a bank with just a "Tag" sound and everything else empty will silence your saber without static. (You can also set the volume all the way down on every sound type of that particular bank to ensure it stays completely silent.)
