Finally caught up on this! Really interesting, can definitely seethe genesis of what would be the Mak'Tor in Jed ad Alex, as dutch noted has a Karmack V1.0 feel to it in parts. Also interesting to see how your writing has progressed - i think it would look quite different re written completely now - the first few bits had some serious 'chunks' of back story that we would now weave in a bit better - but even in the course of this you see the improvements. Anyway this is not to say its bad just it got (from the readers POV) better, but you can see in those first section the passion to tell a story, to explore issues about the Jedi/Star Wars galaxy in a new and fearless way with the Proto-Maker concept (the One) -so yeah this was really great to bring up again Karmack.
