They really have to be cooked the right way. Southern style is the only way I'll eat them.
I've only ever had them terribly over-cooked and mushy, or severely under-cooked and crunchy. O_o How's southern style work? |

You might consider it cooked to death, given people don't do that in Canada, but it's the ham and sugar it's cooked with, that makes the difference. (At least, I THINK it's a little sugar.) |

i am loving the BBC's coverage of the Olympics. No problems if you live in the UK. So rather than signing for up a streraming service, maybe look into moving to the Uk? Lol
On a side note - can i say i think it's awesome that a country that is smaller than the state of Texas is second on the medals table (and 16 of America's gold medals came from swimming).
Oh my gosh! Yes! The BBC has blown me away with their coverage. I've pretty much been able to watch all the sports I really like: gymnastics, diving, swimming, equestrian, and even some sports I would have never paid attention to, because they just happen to be on. They have like 8 separate channels for Olympic coverage. And it was super easy to record stuff and then watch it the next day. Plus the commentators are not only quite knowledgeable, but hilarious, especially those for the diving competitions!  If I had to be honest, I've found myself pulling for both my home country of the US, and also Team GB! They have done exceptionally well and made me, as an American living in Britain, very proud. Bravo to Britain for not only their Olympic success, but also their lovely TV coverage! But I seriously digress! Carry on with your regularly scheduled venting. |

It's kind of crappy constantly being awake at stupid o'clock. Having absolutely no one around makes it a bit worse.
I end up getting bored; go to bed by 10pm; and the cycle refreshes.
I so need a new distraction.
