Well then if you don't have the cash for the bellicose. Maby the aeon le v3 or the dominix le v3 would look cool in s.y., I'm goinging with the aeon le v3 my self. Also the shock le or the consular in s.y. are nice .....argh..... so many choices..... can't deside...(head explodes with an echoing POP!) Some time later....... ( the head regrows)
Hahaha funny thing is I have an Aeon LE V3 coming in around Saturday. Then bit by bit I'm gonna buy the sound guts for it and rewire it.

I'm stuck between getting an Initiate LE w/ Catalyst pommel in SY, or an Aeon LE in SY.

I can't comment on the sabers because I don't own either of them, but for the blade type eerockk posted a video on the previous page comparing SY using different blades. He seems to favor the regular over UE.

Yes sir! For red, yellow, and orange, my first choice is MG or HG. The clear polycarbonate just makes those colors sing! Been using the MG/HG blades for my greens, purples, and blues too, but I do prefer them in UE.

So a good way to think of it is. lighter colors = clear blade (ie.. mg, hg )& darker colors = solid blade ( ie.. ue)

Not necessarily. What I have read leads me to believe the colors like red and orange look better with a clear blade, but the other colors (some of which are lighter like SRD and AB) are supposed to look better in UE. I think SY is kind of a lighter color, but is better suited to a clear blade. I would recommend getting an MG and UEMG blade so you can do your own comparisons. You could get a grab bag blade in whichever one you don't get with your order and save a little money over buying a new blade.

Okay so the we all agree that sy looks better with the clear blade. As for my next saber I will be ordering an inate v3 with an extension With bolth An inate blade and a standard blade to make a grate saber When my young'un isnt playing with it. But .... the hard decision Is between the aeon v3 le and the shock le do I want to spend 120$ or 220$. I've seen review after review of bolth and every one likes them i just haven't seen a comparison. Im starting to lean tword the shock because it will be easier to tinker with Later.

The Shock has an MHS pommel AND emitter. You'll definitely have more options that way. As well, the Shock supports quick disconnects for swapping MLS units out later.

Thats why I think I'm gona go with the shock not only is it mhs compatible But I've read posts of people having difficulty changing the latching switch to the av switch in the aeon. One of the projects i have planed is a full chassis with a soundcard and crystal chamber. That being said the desision is for the shock le. But i still want to here anyones opinion of bolth the shock and aeon
