the dayblade does seem to make the color brighter. . . hmmmm.

i checked them out at tcss, you get a 40.5" tube, does that include the cap/blade tip?  and 40.5" seems rather long, did you cut yours down a bit?  if so, what did you use to cut it? a utility knife?

The Blades were pre-cut (to about 36 inches) for me. So I don't know what they used =)
