Glad I wasn't the only one to notice that. OR, the start and finish points are mixed. Look at the little arrow point IN at the finish of the woman's pattern, and then one pointing OUT at the start.
The layout having tills near the entrance/exit is very similar to a lot of shops in the UK. Plus, as I said before, contactless paying, which vastly speeds up time spent paying. I knew Knox wasn’t human!
