I've seen someone use the SI with black painted in the grooves in White for an Imperial Knight costume and it looked great.
What if Ultrasabers made some of the other typically requested aluminum Star Wars costuming bits?
Stuff like the Tusken Raider mask bits, Boba Fett knee and foot pieces, etc? Tons of SW costumes require little (and some not-so-little) greeblies that are either hard to find or cost prohibitive because too few people make them in their garage. We're a captive audience interested in that subject and already a fan of their products.

I'm still hoping US will start selling a shoulder scabbard to carry a bladed saber. The one used for Blade's sword (from the movie of the same name) which extends up the spine centrally, or one that has the hilt over a shoulder for easier grabbing would work for me.
Sure, the belt clip is fine if you just want the traditional look and use a blade plug, but not many sabers have quick release thumb screws, and you still need somewhere to carry the blade.

Now this I would buy.  Also the scabbard thing. Or just a US saber bag. A forum member had that idea a while ago (Vixus Prix?), and it was looking pretty promising. |

I've actually been pretty impressed with the feel of the v3 Initiates that I've received in the specials, so was hoping to have received an Aeon or Dominix in the grab bag I ordered, but ended up with a Dark Libby which I'm certainly happy with.
I think a Nickel plated Aeon v3 would be very tempting.
