What I'd really like is power points on chargers that match the country of the purchaser.
I've got half a dozen recharge port rechargers that need new plugs whenever I get around to it, and I also need a bunch of those figure 8 cables for the battery chargers as well.
It's not a big problem as I've got a couple of adaptors, but it is an annoying one messing about with them.
+1 Perhaps even something of a style similar to Apple chargers on which a plug module can be simply swapped over. Yes, I am aware a few other companies have started distributing chargers like this. |

I was just checking out Eerockk's review of the DarkTron sound font and it gave me an idea for a new saber: a Tron: Legacy style hilt, very minimalist design. Black, with black AV switch (retaining the illuminated ring) and maybe some windows/lines cut into the hilt near the emitter. Called the Legacy, I guess? I was thinking of putting the DarkTron font on a Dark Prophecy, but then I realized maybe an entirely new hilt would be better. I found some black AV switches online; maybe Emory would be willing to carry them. If not I suppose I could just order one myself and send it over. Or just paint/coat them.
I think a black AV switch illuminated with red, orange, yellow, cyan or white and a matching blade would be absolutely perfect on a clean, understated black hilt. I believe those are the colors I saw in Tron: Legacy. I'm gonna go watch it again.

You're my hero for today, man. I love that movie. Die hard Tron fan since it first came out a beelion years ago. About the black button. Gun bluing doesn't work on aluminum or stainless, but it might work on these AV switches. I'll try it out and let you know. |

The DarkTron font is just so unique and awesome that I felt like it'd be out of place on a Star Wars style saber, and that it deserved its own hilt design reminiscient of its namesake. Plus the illuminated AV switches totally make me think of the Tron ID discs. They just need to be black, since a silver one sticks out against a black hilt pretty badly. Hopefully it'll happen. Neither the old show not the new show appealed to me. The only way I'd use the Omen is if I removed the discs and used that as a crazy window for a Lightsaber claymore. And I would have to wear it on my back for a Devil May Cry Jedi Dante cosplay. Imagine that! |

Heh I like the cartoon from when I was a kid, can't deny how good that was. Haven't watched the relaunched one. As a saber I think their idea is cool and it is well done, I'm just not a fan. We can step outside if you want, I could use a new offhand saber  |

It was actually the first time I think anyone actually tried to do a non-SW "lightsaber" and they worked very well. It would be really cool to be able to get a Tron-esque hilt. |
