Only in the US though. It doesn't affect those of us overseas. It's still $110 to ship a Malice to Australia when there is a free shipping offer on. |

I hope we see a v5 hilt line sometime in the next year or two. If it does happen, I also hope they combine the practical elements of the v3 series with the aesthetics of the v4 line. The wide, slanted choke points on the v3 hilts are superior to the flat ones on the v4s in comfort and maneuverability IMO, also the upper choke on the v4 initiate/dominix/aeon are a little too narrow as well. I think the wider ribbed grooves on the lower grips of the v4s are nicer than the ones on the v3s, but that can be fixed with O-rings. Keep an option for windows, keep the nicer looking silver/gold areas on the LEs, etc. I personally like the minimalistic design of the v3s but I know some people don't.

Yeah like for the V5 line of sabers have more slanted emitter options =] Say like a slim Aeon V5 but with a slanted emitter same with a Dominix, I know it can be done so. We need more slanted emitter sabers. Just something about them that I like  |

Slanted emitters would be pretty cool I suppose. Or maybe a graflex style emitter shroud with a slant to it. Although, it may not be all that likely for the v5 line since that's kind of the distinguishing feature of the standard issues lol. You never know though. I just hope they don't sacrifice ergonomics for looks like they did with the v4s. Cause whereas I can comfortably wield an initiate v3 in one hand, it's definitely harder with the initiate v4 despite its aesthetic appeal. Like, if they used the old v3 hilts as a base and added visual elements on top of it near the emitter, pommel, and lower grip while keeping the fantastic choke points, thatd be perfect

I'd like to see attachments being sold. Maybe pieces from other sabers, or even US own brand of PVC or Leather wraps. Perhaps v5 can have interchangeable parts pieces?
