Hi Infinit01,
There are online Meme Generator sites where you can choose a stock photo or upload one of your own and add whatever text you want to it. The site then lets you download it to your device. Again, I think I'm safe mentioning the site, imgflip.com - this is one I used years ago when I used to post some on another site.

Hi Infinit01,
It's not as flexible as using Photoshop or Gimp but it's quick and fairly easy. I just remembered I posted a version of Michael Jackson's Bad with Star Wars themed lyric memes on this forum a while back, all using imgflip.
