Yes, they can be changed out. Remember:  A black guarded switch goes into a 7/16" press fit opening.  An A/V switch goes into a 5/8" press fit opening.  IF you upgrade from a black guarded to an A/V switch, the opening in the hilt must be widenend, preferably with a drill press.

can it be switched with a Anti Vandal Momentary Switch - Illimunated Blue? if that's the case than I have all that I need

Yes, that is what I explained...AS LONG AS you have the proper setup and saber hilt, it should not be a problem.

yes that what im looking for I want a catalyst pommel and Achon emitter I just nee to know what is compatible with those parts as well as the illuminate blue switch I know the emitter doesn't work with V# parts

The switch (as already posted by Groovidad) is compatible with all hilts that can accommodate a sound board and have the Li-Ion setup, you just need to request a resized hole for the AV switch on the hilt when ordering your parts. Otherwise your switch won't fit!
