Yes! The H8ful Eight was wonderful. My father-in-law, a man of western movies himself, described this movie as "weird" and I tend to agree, because you see... I like wordy movies; longwinded if you will. The kind of movies you sit there watching while the tension rises and the characters forge on through single breathe monologues, waiting for that overstrung piano wire to snap.  |

Lucifer is a Vertigo title though. And Vertigo is owned by DC, making the Vertigo comics character part of the DC universe, same as Constantine. Great show BTW. It found its legs pretty quickly, in fact I'm not sure it ever stumbled. I think a lot of that is owed to the brilliant portrayal of Lucifer by Tom Ellis. |
