Delivery questions

Hi there ! I live in France, and I just wonder how it works with the delivery.

I've just ordered my first saber on US and I want to know if the delivery company will give me a phone call a couple of days before the D day, so I can be at home to receive it.

Also, I wonder if it takes more time to send it to France (2-3 weeks like said on US website or more ?).

The 2-3 weeks is the build time, just a disclaimer they give that it could take that long to get it shipped out... it typically takes no longer than a week really.  Shipping times vary, although to France it'll take a little longer as you said.  Once it ships you will get shipping information in an email, so you can track the package that way and find out when it will arrive.

Wow 4 days and it's been shipped ! just received an e-mail =) now is it possible to send fedex an e-mail or to contact them to move the estimated date of delivery cause I can't be at home the day they are supposed to come =S

I know that within the United States, FedEx has a customer service number.  I would be surprised if there was not one in France so that you can arrange delivery.

You should be able to.  I didn't change the delivery date, but I had them hold it at there local office so I could pick it up when I wanted to.

Fedex is just amazing ! There is an online chat on the website to talk with a Fedex agent, and you can ask all the questions you want ! So I managed to move the delivery date =) Just happy !
