Awesome Customer Service!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Emory, Marlena, and the whole Ultrasabers crew for their fantastic customer service.  Last week I emailed the team to ask about upgrading the switch on my Sentinel v4.  After a brief exchange with Emory on the particulars, I sent my saber off to them last Wednesday and even wit their Con schedule over the weekend they already have my saber finished and on its way back to me (it should be tomorrow!).  They could have easily put off this small upgrade and filled other larger orders first, but I feel like Ultrasabers really took care of me despite their busy schedule.  So thanks again to the Ultrasabers crew, you guys definitely have a VERY satisfied lifelong customer!

I agree. The US staff is very friendly and always willing to listen to customers. I have dealt with Marlena several times. She is patient, kind and always there to help.
