Still waiting on orders from July
Dark Sentinel v4 Staff AS/AS from the 20th
Sentinel v5 CG foc AS Obsidian v4 + a Second Prize Saber (Random with Sound) from the 21st
Contacted me 5 weeks ago about the v5, said 3 to 5 weeks to restock.
I know stuff has been happening so I am flexible with the timing but I'd really like to get these soon.
In my random wanderings I fell to the allure of some of the other guys.
Found a nice looking belt clip and some wrap material for my customization attempts.
I think I am done buying sabers for a while. Need to find the proper accessories to go with them now.
Robes, sheathes, tunics, etc. If I am going to walk around with a saber in public I want to look the part.
Debating on full robes or something more tactical looking for an agent appearance. Probably get both.
Silver double blade with a black hilt? Oh, that ought to look nice...  |

Yeah, I thought so.
I think I need a Pike Extension or two.
The one hilt is an LE with windows while the other is basic black no windows.
The concept was a staff or an over large hilt with a hidden blade in the nondescript simple hilt on the bottom/pommel.
Still puzzling through what I need to do to customize it. Maybe find some nice wrap for the grip. I don't think this one is supposed to be flash or battle worn.
If I knew where to find some good stencils I could engrave it somewhat, just need to find the right image for it/them.

Currently awaiting my first order which is a Sentinel LE V5 in Fire Orange with Obsidian V4 and also added a mystery box.
Have been told the Sentinel will likely take 5+ weeks waiting on the machinist however I choose to stick with it over getting a Apprentice LE V5 replacement which would have come quicker.
Luckily a friend has left his Dark Initiate V5 at my house and has still not decided to take it home which i'm happily allowed to mess around with for now.

Try emailing the [email protected] or the [email protected] with the order number as the summary. Got quite a quick response, found out my hilt was likely 5+ weeks awaiting stock and got offered alternative that could be shipped quicker. I've seen a lot of people noting waits on the Dominix hilt so that may be the reason it's taking so long. |

Even though I'm telling you to hang in there, and it'll be awesome when it arrives, I still wouldn't blame you for being a little salty about it, even if it's not Ultrasabers' fault. That's a hell of a long delay to deal with. |

I'm at 21 weeks now. I may give them to the end of the week and then I may just open a dispute through Paypal and use the money I get back to get a saber that I've had my eyes on from one of the other guys |

I wish they'd at least change the lead times on the website to be a bit more accurate so that new customers know the situation. I'm afraid US is going to keep getting flooded with orders if they don't see something.

I just looked at my papyal account and basically, I have until Nov. 1st to file a claim (if I'm reading it correctly). I really don't want to cancel, because the saber I ordered is one that I really want, but I may be forced to. 21 weeks is a bit ridiculous, especially when they are still claiming a 3-4 week turnaround.
Plus when you take into account of the lack of customer service, and the generous offer of a significant downgrade, I'm more or less done with this company. If I don't have either the saber in my hand, or at the very least a shipping confirmation or even an update by Friday, I'm just going to dispute it with paypal and get something that I really like from one of the other guys
Of course, I'll probably stick around here because I kinda like the folks that hang out around these parts
