Another Sound Board Question

I'm using a Dark Prophecy and Dark Prophecy V3, I'm having two problems with the obsidian usb 2.0 soundboard. The first is wiring it right so it works properly, i either get the powering down sound when turning it on or power up but when i turn it off the light says on. The second issue i have is the two helts i have the inside is to narrow to get the soundboard and specker in and close it up the only parts that i can get to fit are the ignitor, emiter, and power cell. I ordered everything from Ultra Sabers.

Does anyone have an idea to get past these two issues?
