Anyone have an issue with tip drag, lock up and melt?
It makes the sound still but the light (mine is consular green with silver flash) does.not. just stays green. Probably a simple fix but damned If I know. It's a couple weeks old, and hasn't even been dueled with or dropped.

I am so sorry that this has happened to you AeonLE v5. I would recommend contacting [email protected] for assistance. Customer Service will be able to look into this for you and get you fixed right up.

Yeah I contacted customer service and the answer,
Apparently my saber never did those things.
So I guess I was imagining it. Even tho I have video of it working. I used to be able to thrust it horizontally with the button down and it would flash the entire length of the blade. Tap twice on ground with button down same thing. Now it just makes the sound. But what do I know lol.

You should have lockup (when the saber is on a short press of the switch and another short press to turn lock up off) when you were doing those things and it appeared to be tip drag. Those are available on the NeoPixel setups with UltraProffie Zero or UltraProffie Lite.
