Bug in order webpage

Hello !

I try to buy a lightsaber but when I click on Place Order in the second step of order, the page indicates:
Billing Region is a required field.
Shipping Region is a required field.
But I check, in my personal informations of my account in this site, I filled in the "Region" field of the form (and in my country, France, the region isn't required in the adress).
I pay with Paypal.
