For ANY Jedi or Sith costume the best pattern is Simplicity Pattern #5840 http://www.simplicity.com/p-2272-misses-men-teen-costumes.aspx

To do the off the shoulder you would just need make the tunic a little longer, and put some Velcro to hold the tunic in place. OR sew it up the front and make it a pull over.

And since you can't use the dickey, you will need to make another tunic and modify it. OR you can just make the edging for the tunic in the other color and sew it on to the main tunic. Make sure you use interfacing for it and make it a little bit wider so you can mach the seams up.

For the pants, you can Goodwill them, or get leggings. If you use leggings make SURE they are not see through.

The obi pattern is included in the Simplicity Pattern #5840 (Don't waste fabric by cutting out those ties, just get some ribbon of the same color or something of like and use that; its easier)

The front obi panel, that hangs down, you can just use the obi pattern, lengthen it and sq it off.

The wig is going to be a bitch, good luck with getting it into that hair style (lots of hair spray and bobby pins) Make sure you have it on a wig stand OR on the persons head who is going to be wearing it (preferred method)

BUT

cosplayfu.com is my first choice for wigs they are high quality, and have full lace caps.  http://www.cosplayfu.com/product/Green+Wig+%28Long%2CStraight%2C+Tsuruya+CF06%29

That wig that is linked is very long. So you can style it the way you need to. MAKE SURE you get a wig cap and pin the wig down if needed. This takes time and some practice so you will want to wear it a few times before Con.

Boots are going to be a pain. Try ebay.'

Good Luck, REMEMBER TAKE YOUR TIME.

This one as noted has much potential but does not look like the image desired

This one with a shortened skirt would go a long way (pattern is OOP but the following might help)

When doing a custom OC, your aren't going to be able to find patterns for an exact fit. You are going to have to mod a existing pattern.

It needs a custom pattern added to a existing one. Simple as that.

The tunic pattern from the Simplicity pattern I use for the Jedi costumes would work with little modification just need to make it longer and pin the front seam.

Thank you very much everyone. As I stated in my original post I knew there wasn't going to be an exact pattern so I was asking for similar stuff. Not trying to be a douche but, For those who just said "You'll have to mod a pattern" Thats why I just asked for help, but thanks for your contribution nontheless.

For everyone who went well out of their way to send me links and pictures to specific patterns, costume pieces, and even wigs, and ideas on how to put it all together, thank you so much. Me and the girlfriend will put all of your contributions to work and hopefully I will be able to share with you guys the final product soon.

If you and her have limited experience with patterns and sewing in general just remember that it is just cloth and that a seam ripper is your friend.

As far as modifying a pattern...it is far easier than it sounds...

Patterns are made of pieces that fit together like a puzzle.

Consider all the pieces that meet your (her) desires, cut these out and pin them on the form or to the muslin or whatever process you are using.

The pieces that do not meet the desired aspect...like a plain mid chest piece rather than the desired overlapping layered as pictured...here is your mod.

Use cheap cloth like muslin (don't even go with paper at this point), cut a basic starter piece, fold and form until it makes sense...pin it and pull it...make a good piece from this pinned part.

Add to your existing pieces...and sew!

If you need help. PM me please I'm willing to help you guys out. I know making a custom costume can be a BIG job for your first sewing protect.

I can take images of my tunic and mock up how I would mod it for that costume. I used the fore mentioned Simplicity Pattern for mine.

Remember its not as hard as it seems, take your time and really look at it. You might have to lay the parts out on the floor even. But just take your time and if you get frustrated with it put it down for a bit and think on it.

But having a dressmakers dummy aka dress form is a really really big help. But they are very very expensive; here is a cheep and fun way of cloning your girlfriend's body shape to work with when making a costume. This way you can stick pins in it and not her.

http://www.threadsmagazine.com/item/3659/clone-yourself-a-fitting-assistant/page/all

This will not be a 100% perfect shape....mine is very lumpy and leans to one side. But it will be a very good guide to use.

This isnt our first project, Ive done a pyramid Head costume. And she works for B&K enterprises. What they do is more or less, if you have ever seen an Elvis movie, or more or less any movie or museum feature Elvis or an Elvis like character, they handmade the costumes.

I will however send a message your way if we get stuck, or need additional advice. Thanks much.
