Actors name is Matt Ryan and its from the Animated Film Justice League Dark..I recommend it.

He basically is Constantine. In addition to the DC Animated Movies, Matt Ryan played him in the short-lived Constantine TV show and on Arrow and is currently playing him in Legends of Tomorrow.
