I'm building towards a 5* Jedi team for the next Yoda event. I should be able to arrange four 5* toons in time, but I'm short a fifth. Current lineup will be Lumi, JC, Windu, QGJ.
Only options I have available to me for the final slot would be 'Jedi Knight Guardian' or Ahsoka, as I'd be almost entirely buying them with Cantina currency. Yes there are better toons out there, but I don't think resources and time would allow for anything else.
Which of those two would you pick?

JKG is garbage. Go with Ahsoka, because she hits harder and she heals.
I can't stress this enough, you're going to want to have multiple healers on your Jedi squad when going against the 7* Yoda. He can stun your toons, reduce turn meter, he can rip off about 50% of your health with one hit, and his turn meter is cranked up, so he can sometimes get multiple goes with each turn.
I suggest a roster like:
Barriss as your lead - you get a small heal with every toon's turn. She's a long grind, but she's worth it when you make it to the 7* level.
Lumi - good heal, HoT, she hits hard, and she can take a punch.
QGJ - Yoda and his team will have buffs constantly. He can take them away, and when he does, he gives your squad offense up. He also has ally assist, which helps with Yoda's foresight.
Jedi Consular - decent hits and a decent healer. His turn meter is faster than Lumi and Barriss, and his heal cool down is faster. He's good to have as a gap filler when it comes to heals. Save your Barriss and Lumi heals for when toons are in real danger.
5th spot - what keeps happening to your squad? Plug in a Jedi that can fix that problem.
So, here are some good options for the 5th slot.
Ahsoka - as I said before, she can self heal and heal the squad.
Mace - a second debuff player than can really take a hit isn't a bad idea.
Kit Fisto - good for counter attacking, he often gets multiple hits with his basic, and he can give your squad potency. You need to get his abilities up to at least 7 or 8 for them to do any real damage, though.
Anakin - he really packs a punch now that they've reconfigured him.
Eeth Koth - while he can't really take a punch, if you keep him alive, and if his stun lands against Yoda or a Healer he brings along (don't do it when he has tenacity buff!), it can be a game changer.
Also keep in mind that Yoda will bring a couple Jedi with him at 7*. You won't know who he brings, so it might be a little bit of a crap shoot as to your roster. A lot of different configurations can work, but If he brings Lumi or Barriss, I'd just back out and try again. If you do have to go against Barriss, realize that her health is an equalizer, so if everyone is at about 50%, and she uses it, everyone will stay around 50% plus a little more. Get one person down to just over 50%, then another one, and then the third. Then go back to hitting one toon, she uses the health, and then you can resume your assault without much fear.
