Brand new Ultraproffie w/ neopixel blade not igniting

I just received my brand new Enigma with the Ultraproffie lite and neopixel setup. It worked a wonder right out of the box until I took out the blade. After trying to reinsert it I only get sound and no light in the blade. There are lights inside the hilt and the batteries are fully charged. The issue seems to be the blade. Has anyone else had this issue and can you offer any advice? I’ll email Ultrasabers as well but I’ll take any help I can get.

The blade has to be installed before the battery for the UltraProffie board to read that it is a NeoPixel blade and not regular analog setup. Remove the battery for 15 seconds and then reinstall the battery and that should work. If not please email the customer service team at [email protected]
