I have been trying over a long period of time (mostly due to busy schedule) to upgrade a Dominix V2 to a larger rechargeable battery option. I contacted Ultrasabers who were very helpful initially, but I've had a hard time getting the correct parts as the descriptions were vague.
This is what I was told:
If you would like to upgrade the Battery on your Saber you can do it yourself. We would recommend an 18650 Battery Pack without a Speaker which can be found on Amazon. Keep in mind that you will also need an 2.2 Ohm 3 Watt Resistor so as to not blow out your LED. A 2 Ohm 3 Watt Resistor will work as well but it might get a little warm. We definitely recommend the 2.2 Ohm 3 Watt resistor. You can find wiring diagrams for our Sabers on our Saber Forum here:

Amazon has no clue what an 18650 Battery Pack without a Speaker is, so I purchased battery holders that should fit end on end into the hilt. Unfortunately, Amazon does not sell a battery holder for an 18650 battery that would fit inside the hilt.
After spending/returning/figuring/wasting products, I'm now thinking of purchasing this:
