Can you wire an AV switch with emerald and without sound?

That option is not currently available through UltraSabers, but it should be possible to do yourself.  I suspect that stunt sabers with Emerald use a latching switch just as non-Emerald stunt sabers do.  UltraSabers doesn't sell latching AV switches, but they can be found a number of places online and you could put one in your saber yourself.  You'd need to pull out the existing guarded switch (guarded switches are press-fit), unsolder it, drill the hole out to 9/16" (they're 7/16" for guarded switches), solder the new AV switch on (including the connection to whatever channel you wanted it controlled by on the Emerald), and secure the switch into place in the saber.  This has all been covered in greater detail elsewhere; the main thing that Emerald adds is that you have the option to control the AV's brightness with Emerald by wiring into one of the channels and a corresponding slight increase in complexity.
