I don't activate all toons in case it affects GW at all.  Besides, if I'm not working on them then it makes no difference anyway.  Plus, not activating Bariss and IGD specifically means if I luck out and pull their character cards out of a Bronzium I'm way ahead getting them to 7stars

I don't think anybody quite has pinned down what makes GW harder or easier.  Pretty sure EA just likes to screw with people with it.  I've never hesitated to activate or star up toons because the red number on my character button bugs me.    

Today I only finished 2 GW runs.  Not 3 since I did 2 on Monday with the event, but then nobody in my Guild had more than 24 nodes so I'm pretty sure all our regular 36'ers did the same thing.  Both were relatively easy all the way to node 12.  I hit a couple snags along the way but I was able to exit and restart and then pass the level.  Neither of the #12 nodes were terribly hard either as I was able to clear each with only 2 or 3 teams and I had my entire roster to use.

The reason I bring up clearing both with ease is I promoted a couple toons up in star level and also spent a bunch of credits to increase the level of about 6 or 7 toons from the 50's to the 60's and also about 5 or so from the 60's to the 70's and all this was done before I ran my GWs.  I leveled them because I wanted to start being able to put gear pieces on them or start farming gear for them and there were level restrictions.

Also I increased R2 to Gear 10 after Rancor raid today.  He is definitely a tough little butt kicker and continues to improve.

Personally my Vader is almost Gear 11.

I wouldn't drop it per se caffeine, just don;t use it excessively. My first G11 was QGJ, don't regret it one bit. Rex is 20 furnace salvage from G11.

Maul was my second G11, only the two for now. Vader soon, then probably TIE Pilot. Don't know beyond that yet. Maybe EP, maybe Shoretrooper.

Taegin said I should capitalize your names so I am and this is what auto-correct to me. Unless it at beginning of the sentence. It also changed yours to cologne. I uually  correct them fastly so you two(logos mainly) don't see them.
