If I used lee filters would I get a brighter fuller saber with a consular green or adegan silver?

Filters don't do much to single color LEDs like Consular Green.  You can get some neat colors with Adegan Silver and the filters, but if you want a solid and powerful green I recommend getting Consular Green.

This. Also, filters reduce brightness so no matter what a single color led will be brighter and fuller than an led with filters. If you're a brightness freak (I'm glad I'm not), then filters are not for you. However, it's amazing seeing all of the unique color shades you can get with a white led and LEE filters.  Smiley

You can get good results with a Lee fliter, but pure colors are always brighter.

Yeah that was my thought as well. Now to decide to get a dark or light hilt for this one. Thank you.

There is a theoretical way around the brightness issue with color disks... just swap out the LED for a brighter one. The only issue is that you might get a color that is washed out.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these LEE filter swatchbooks with a bunch of different colors everyone keeps talking about?
