The more I see, the more I don't want to have children, both because of factors inside myself, and because the world I see around me becomes less and less one where I want to have kids every day.
There's an old saying. "Evil triumphs, when good people do nothing." The same can be said for stupidity. If you allow fear to grip you, you're doing as much damage to gene pool as those idiots that recklessly breed, and then dump their spawn on societies door step to deal with. If the "smart" thing to do was not have kids to protect them from the world, then society will topple under the burden of completely useless people within.....5 maybe 6 generations. |

So, I just saw this sentence: "It's cool for you because you're a totes extra Kylo stan, but I feel that." It took me five minutes to figure out that this meant "you're an over-the-top Kylo Ren fan, but I understand." Looks like I'm totes old.  |

I had to look up what the hell a "stan" was. It's apparently a "mega fan." Then, I looked up the "new" meaning of the word "extra" and it means "over the top in a dramatic way." "Totes" I already knew. So really, what they said was "You're an over-the-top super dramatic Kylo Ren fan." Like, totally. (It wasn't said to me, but it probably could have been!)  |

urgh, this reminds my of working with s kid from inner city London who thought he was "well gansta in I fam"
I swear I needed a translator to understand him, the worrying bit was when in team meeting we started catching ourselves saying "innit". Up side was we had some epic nerf wars, when asked if it was appropriate to be have 'shoot outs' with a kid who thinks he's a gangster I replied "really I think he would shoot himself in the foot accidently within 10 seconds of picking up a gun because he's a bit....stupid. On the other hand, if he manages to get to the shoot out without blowing his own foot off, he now has a better chance of surviving, so really i'm giving him a better chance of not dying"
Christ he was bad, when he left us he tried to rob a shop with a toy knife.......that's worse than shooting yourself in the foot
