I, too, say "no problem" or "any time!" I don't understand the issue with that? I've also been known to say "my pleasure" at times also. Depends on my mood and how poncy I'm feeling. In fact, I hardly ever say "you're welcome," now that I think about it. They're all polite acknowledgements in my book.

I was gonna say, I always say no problem instead of you're welcome  so do most people here really, though I can't say I've thought about it before. I thought Canadians said " no problem you know " and Aussies said " no worries mate ". |

In Spain we say "de nada", that literally means "it's nothing" or "that was nothing"... But if I'm speaking in english I say thats ok, but I've used "youre welcome" in the forums just to be like more "correct"...

I feel the same. I think most of the world does as well, as I've never actually been called out on it when I say "no problem." |

Believe it or not, at my last job, you weren't allowed to say "no problem." The CEO said it implied that there had been a problem in the first place, which I thought was absolutely asinine.  |

Aww, I'm so sorry to hear about the pup!  Fur children have such short lives and anything that takes away from that is so difficult. Im sorry for your dog...and I hope you will find a job soon...I'm self employed in Spain, what is very hard, and things are not how I would like them to be...

Yes, but in Spain it's just a joke... Taxes are very high, and national insurance is even worse. For an example, if was in the UK I would be paying 2.7£ a week for national ensurance, and in Spain I have to pay 267€ everyone month... It's crazy. |
