I a very sure that what ever the problem is with my saber is covered in the warranty.

So how do i use it?

Check the site for possible information on the process. you can send a email to [email protected] but it may take a bit for them to respond try to include the original order #  ***** / Warranty as subject along with explanation of the issue . Help it helps in some small way.. Good luck

response time will be slow, unfortunately, but if you're patient, eventually you will have a working saber back in your hands.

Hey there, doombringer35. Your saber is covered with a one year warranty as long as you don't modify it or attempt repairs on your own. If you come across any issues within the year, contact [email protected] or [email protected]
