apparently exhaustion. Its a combination of lack of sleep, long hours at work, lots of time trying to get into machine work/mechanic design, and not eating well. All sitting on top of a little mental health issue or two. |

I have muscle spasms all the time, and severe insomnia. They both drive me nuts. Definitely take a break. If you haven't already done so, try some Melatonin. My sleep specialist said to disregard what the bottle says and take them 5 or 6 hours before you plan on going to sleep. I was also told to go ahead and take 3 or 4 instead of the labels suggestion of 1 at bed time. I hope you feel better soon. |

Sorry to hear man. I understand the exhaustion, I get it half way through the day but I notice that after I go tot the gym when I’m off of work, it helps boost my energy. I also take multivitamins I have muscle spasms all the time, and severe insomnia. They both drive me nuts. Definitely take a break. If you haven't already done so, try some Melatonin. I only get spasms post workout and they’re not fun so you getting constantly without any stimuli sucks. My psychiatrist gives me meds to go to sleep without nightmares, maybe something close to it will help? |
