Take Edward Norton. Good actor, I don't think everything he does is good, nor have I seen mostly everything he's done. Too hard for me to judge, so my opinion will stay dark on these topics

Nice list. I like the Liev Schreiber choice. A really great character actor.

Yeah I feel like he can really "make" the film he's in. 

He always brings something a little different to the table than the actors around him. I think the last movie I saw him in was Spotlight. With so many amazing performances around him, he was still a highlight, and yet he didn't have masses amount of screen time.

The Sum of All Fears comes to mind as well.

And Scream. I think it's great that in recent years, due to the changing nature of how movies are watched and that superstar "names" no longer open movies, that good character actors are getting more recognition and better roles.

The annoyance doesn't come directly from the limitation. It comes hours later after you've settled on the list, and then another 8 candidates pop up that make you go "$#!%. How did I forget to consider these?" Many due to their international status. They're not domestic so you don't see or here about them as much.
