Hey guys,

I was reading up on some FOC features but it hasn't come clear to me is whether the leds on an FOC capable saber allow a pulsating feature? I don't mean lock up cause thats rather a fast "flash" effect, Just wondering of the led's of the primary colour will pulsate (given you adjust them in the obsidian soundboard features) or if the 'pulsating' effect is from the secondary led on the mls unit.

The obsidian FoC only features the literal flash on clash, and flicker on lockup right now. No constant pulse for when it's idling. Darn but it wouldn't make for a cool feature for them to add in the future though! Smiley

Yeah I think it'd be an awesome effect for them to add while the blade is idle and not whooping ass. But thanks, at least it's something we could hopefully look forward to in the near future.

of course you could always program it yourself if you have the materials and skill to make an FX-board.  that or you could gut a flashlight with a pulsing/strobe effect, but that would only work if you had major cram-fu skills.  or maybe if you could find a way to program it onto the Obsidian board.

but yeah i think they should try and add that if possible.
