Has anyone able to contact customer service in the past week or so? I was having an email conversation with a rep, but they haven't replied since the 15th. I need to get a saber repaired (and hopefully upgraded) for a convention next month. Should I try calling the phone number instead?

I too sent an email this week (on Wednesday, now Sunday) and haven't had a response yet, but I assume they're probably busy with the multitude of orders that got shipped due to the raffles. I figure if I don't hear by Wednesday, I'll see what next steps could be.

I've had a few conversations with them, and I don't think they were at any conventions this week. They get so many emails, it wouldn't hurt to email them again.

I've had a few emails with them recently and gotten less than 24-hour turnaround.  I'd try them again.

Well, I first emailed them on the 13th, and I got a response on the 15th, and then I replied that same day. I hadn't gotten a response by the 21st, so I emailed again. Hopefully I'll get a reply later today, but I'm starting to get worried I won't get my saber back in time for an event I'm attending.
